Phase two development was the full control centre which attaches behind. This makes it an ‘all-in-one’ product for new and existing customers alike.

Q: The major problems with dq200 is that the mechatronic isn’t applying enough pressure to the K1 and K2 to hold the clutches!
After rebuild with solenoid test in solenoid test machine and ok. How do we know if that k1 and k2 presure is ok. After we have tested the mechatronic in your test stand ? As I can see there is noting that tells how much pressure the k1-k2 applies to the 2 piston rods?
A: It is correct in what you say about pressure loss. During our research into these mechatronics we discovered the rate of pressure loss or decay is critical and indeed needs to be measured during the testing process.
Each time an actuator (either one of four clutch forks or the K1 or K2 Clutch) is applied, a pressure loss occurs within the unit. We graph this rate of pressure loss compared to a new perfectly operating unit. This way we can see internal pressure losses from a cracked housing or for any other reason.
The test is broken into separate sections

Initial circuit priming to ensure all oil channels are filled

4 x Gear fork actuator at varying speeds

K1 & K2 Clutch check for smooth travel and pressure integrity

System drain down cycle prior to safe removal of the test harness plate
Any pressure issues are easily detected as the graph will show a sudden drop in pressure before continuing with the test. As well as the pressure loss problems, these unit also suffer from poor performing solenoids. We have taken great care to ensure correct PWM solenoid operation rather than just using them as an on/off solenoid as we discovered from a competitors effort.
